 Job Title: Marketing Services & New Business development Manager Business: Explosives Division: Commercial
Incumbent: VACANT Reports to: GM Commercial
Job purpose: To drive all Marketing services like KAM, Contracts, manage all tenders for direct customers to secure orders in line with the volume, price & terms objectives of the business, To acquire new business while maintaining budgeted prices .
Accountabilities
SH&E:
Leverage Oricas SHE leadership to create differentiation in the market.
Comply to all applicable regulatory/statutory requirements in Customer Contracts.
Commercial Ownership:
Contribute actively to achieving EBIT target for the business through:
o Implementing the best practice commercial processes to align to business strategies; such as GQOMS, Key Account Management, R&F, Pricing
o Ensuring overall compliance to customer contracts
o Suggesting EBIT improvement initiatives via commercial processes, contract variations and cost initiatives
o Compliance to Regional Pricing strategies
Play an active role in implementing market strategy for retention of existing business and seeking growth opportunities
Implement and manage the process of bidding for new contract /
business opportunities to maintain conformity to corporate financial
demands and commercial and legal risk
Ensure that this process is consistent with OMS Policies and Strategies
