Out of these only 25% graduates are directly employable in the IT industry. One of the main reasons for unemployment is the large gap between the education system and the industry expectations. The skill set acquired in engineering colleges is not adequate to get into a job without additional training. Training HUB Offers, J2EE Project Training Program:
The objective of the Skill Development Program at Training HUB is to train the fresh graduates through real time projects imparting them the necessary soft skills, tools and process followed in IT companies. This will improve their success rate in job interviews and they can be productive in their jobs as soon as they join the organization.
Currently most of the training institutes have been started by the veterans in the training industry and teach only programming languages, databases or networking courses. There are very few dedicated institutes which impart education on live projects and soft skills.
Our training program is conducted by a team of software professionals with wide industry experience mainly in handling software projects in different technical domains.
Course Objectives
Train the participants on the full cycle of the project starting from requirements to final testing.
Implement the project using industry standard tools and methodologies used at each phase of the project lifecycle.
Develop domain and technical competencies for the participants.
Enhance debugging and analytical skills.
Develop soft skills and interpersonal skills needed to work in heterogeneous teams in IT companies.
Prepare the participant to take up the professional interviews with more confidence and determination.
Course Methodology
The course is divided into four phases with specific goals in each phase. The course is more practical oriented involving teams participation at every stage.
The team members will own deliverables at each phase which will be thoroughly reviewed by the Project Leads. There will a strict entry and exit criteria for each phase which needs to be followed by all the team members.
Knowledge sharing activities like technical presentations will be conducted on weekly basis to enhance the skill level of the participants.
Regular feedback will be given to the participants in the form of weekly tests and assessments. This is mainly intended to make the participant aware of the improvement areas which will benefit in shaping his/her career.
