Job Descriptions:
? Handle full set of accounts
? Prepare monthly payment budgetary reports
? Payroll processing and staff recruitment
? Office administrative works
? Co-ordinate with HQ on day to day operational matters
? Prepare reports as requested by HQ in accordance with the SOP provided
Requirements:
? At least Diploma In LCCI or any recognised certificate/Degree In Accounting or Degree In Business Administration recognised
? Computer literate, familiar with accounting software such as UBS, MYOB or any accounting software
? Minimum 2 year experiences in handling full set of accounts and administrative works and HR related works such as payroll, staff recruitment and etc
? Familiar with India labor law, accounting procedure and tax rules and regulation
? Good interpersonal skills, hardworking, fast learner with a good working attitude
? Able to write and communicate well in English
? Requires to work 5 days a week; flexible working arrangements may be required with some work on Saturdays as requested
? Must be India citizen
