 Real Estate Group Buying is the latest trend in India.
As the property prices are going up every day, the Indian real estate buyers are in a dilemma whether to buy their dream home at increased prices or wait further but the risk is that the prices may move up even further.
The real estate developers are announcing new projects every day and with the coming festival season, this trend is going to pick up even further. However due to the increased prices people are waiting on the sidelines and are confused whether to buy now or not.
Therefore it results in a strange problem, wherein on one hand there is lot of demand but buyers are still not buying because the price is high. On the other hand the developers wish to sell but not willing to reduce the prices! It results in a suboptimal economic situation in which the buyers and seller want to transact with each other but not doing so.
Few people found a solution to this and started bargaining with the builders for group buying. In this scenario, a group of people joined hands and together negotiated with the builder to get the discounted price. The builder also agreed to reduce the prices because he was getting bulk sales in one go. It resulted in benefit for everyone as the buyers got their dream home at a lower price and the builders were able to make bulk sales.
