This certification has been issued by TUV SUD Management Service which is a global provider of auditing and certification services. Certification by such a renowned body assures strict adherence to regulatory compliances and Eigen can be trusted more than ever before for quality assured products.The IATF 16949:2016 establishes standard requirements for a Quality Management System that is specific to the automotive sector. A Quality Management System emphasizes continual improvement and contributes towards the prevention of defects, reduction of variation and scrap in the production phase. This standardization cannot be implemented without ISO 9001:20215 certification but is a supplement that adds to quality assurance. Eigen now has both, which means you can trust us even more than before for delivering parts that are accurate and meet the standards set by governing bodies.
We have a top of the line progressive tooling die and tool shop that enables us to excel at progressive die stamping. We are able to customize progressive die designs as per customer specifications as we have the ability to manufacture in-house. We have successfully developed complex press tool profiles with 45 stages, and have the capability to design, develop and manufacture profiles of even higher complexity.
